Save your space today
Knowing that space is limited, we invite you to reserve space for your group to come to camp together this summer! This will provide your students a discounted price as well as an assurance that your group can share a summer camp experience together as a community.
Group Reservation Details
1. Fill out the Group Reservation Form and return it quickly with your $350.00 deposit. (As you request spaces, please keep in mind if you do not fill at least 75% of your spaces, your $350 deposit is non-refundable.)
2. We will continue to take reservations until January 31, 2012.
3. Due to safety and customer satisfaction, we can put no more than 20 campers per cabin at Camp West or 18 campers per cabin at Camp South. This would place some students on mattresses. Each cabin has beds for 16 campers.
4. Once we have processed your reservation*, we will send you a Reservation Confirmation along with future email updates providing detailed information regarding policies, registrations, dates, camper deposits, etc. for Camp 2012.
5. We will hold your group reservation until March 1. You will have until March 1 to fill the space you've reserved. We will drop any unused spaces after the March 1 deadline. However, as long as there is still capacity your students can continue to register for camp with your group.
6. Bonus - Each member of your group will receive $15 Early Registration Camp Bucks (which can be used at camp this summer for ATV's, Paintball, DVD's, snacks, etc) if we receive their registration and deposit of $90 by March 1.
7. Another bonus: If you have 15 or more students attending your reserved week of camp, each camper will automatically receive a $15 group discount.
8. All Groups are required to bring a minimum of one adult volunteer cabin leader per 8-16 campers of the same gender. If a group is unable to provide the minimum number of adult volunteer cabin leaders, a $150 fee will be assessed. This fee may be forfeited from the $350 deposit.
